Brent Weigelt is an accomplished marketing and branding professional with deep experience in brand positioning, creative strategy, and campaign execution. His work spans healthcare, fitness, financial services, education, and sports marketing.
Brent began his career as an Art Director in the advertising industry, developing campaigns and creative work for major brands. He later expanded into corporate marketing and creative leadership, with experience that includes brand and creative work for T. Rowe Price, serving as Head Creative Director for Kiddie Academy, and contributing to marketing and design efforts for CareFirst.
Throughout his career, Brent has earned multiple accolades, including Gold and Silver ADDY Awards. His strengths include brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, campaign development, and creative direction.
Today, Brent brings that same level of focus to the pickleball industry. He serves as General Manager of The Pickleball House in White Marsh, Maryland, where he leads operations, programming, membership growth, marketing, and community partnerships. His work has helped expand events, improve the customer experience, and strengthen the club's presence in the local market.
Brent is also a PPR-certified pickleball coach, helping players build confidence, improve their skills, and better understand the game. His experience as both a marketer and coach gives him a clear understanding of pickleball players, families, facilities, and brands.
His passion for storytelling, design, and racquet sports led him to launch RPM, a marketing agency dedicated to pickleball brands and facilities. Brent combines strategy, creative direction, and on-court experience to build marketing that connects with the right audience and drives results.
